How resilience has helped me

As a Sports Kinesiologist and resilience trainer, it is my passion to help leaders and businesses to adapt to change, mastering resilience with flexibility. When we optimise a growth mindset, we let go of limiting survival patterns. We are better able to lean into uncertainty, equipped to innovate and reach out fullest potential.

But this is not the reason I became passionate about resilience.

Overcoming a paralysis at age 29 from MS, my entire world was turned upside down, I was forced to go within and discoverer what I was made of.

I was forced to go within, and discovered that a flexible mindset impacts everything that matters: our body’s ability to repair, how happy and resilient we are and how connected we feel.

I truly believe that when given the right environment, the mind and body are capable of producing incredible results.
